Allow for moving the servers in the list by either dragging and or clicking a arrow up/down to move the server.
Reason for this is to make displaying stats easier as they're based on the order they are listed in the dashboard.
Currently you have to delete all the servers in the way, remake them, re attach the secret key and then you're good,
This would save a lot of time.
